Additionally, you are supposed to transclude this template onto the nomination page rather than copypasting it. All you needed to do was paste {{Template:Did you know nominations/World's littlest skyscraper}} into the 28 February section. The article you're pulling from needs to be linked and bolded in the hooks. And unfortunately, this article does not meet the eligibility criteria because it already appeared in DYK.
