  • Article new enough (created on 11 November), long enough (2,308). Written with NPOV, no obvious plagiarism, copyvio. Hook is interesting, cited inline, short enough, NPOV.
  • Firstly fascinating article, thanks for creating it!
  • Now for issues that I've identified.
  • I would change the hook to "saving over 500 Jewish children from the Holocaust"
  •  Done Her parents names are not supported by the Memo Resist source.
  •  Done The Although born Jewish... sentence. I think what the source means is that although she was born into a Jewish family, they did not practice the religion at home. The opting for French nationality was separate from this.
  •  Done The Memo Resist source does not support her studying at Lycée Lamartine or that she studied law before medicine.
  •  Done It may be useful to mention that her parents worked in a clothing company.
  •  Done The Mémorial de la Shoah source also mentions that she not only welcomed the Spanish refugees but helped some to escape the internment camps.
  •  Done The same source mentions that she went to the Pyrenees but not that she went with the "Sanitary Station". Memo Resist supports this.
  •  Done She met Moussa in 1939 according to the Memo Resist source at a friend's house not in 1940.
  •  Done She continued to work as a doctor after being ousted from Montargis, in Paris caring for foreign Jewish nationals according to the references in the article.
  •  Done From reading the references, it seems that Moussa fled to Nice and then Odette joined him in 1942. However this sentence contradicts this "That year, she met Moussa Abadi when he fled to Nice and together they collected children left abandoned after their Jewish parents were arrested"
  •  Done Reference 4 (Coleman) needs a page reference. " Both Moussa Rosenstock obtained false papers....", I think this sentence needs to be rewritten. I think this sentence should be moved to after the Bishop of Nice sentence.
  • It could also be mentioned that both her sister Simone and her mother were sent to Auschwitz where they both died.
  • When she married in 1959, was she then known as "Odette Abadi Rosenstock" or as "Odette Abadi"?
I am not sure what to follow for that. Her page in other languages keep her maiden name but this source which says "and Odette took his last name by which she has since come to be know" (pg. 114)
  •  DoneThe Legion of Honour and the date of her death is not supported by a reference.
  •  Done I would avoid the phrase "committed suicide", better phrase is "died of suicide".
  • needs QPQ review Cowlibob (talk) 11:20, 13 November 2019 (UTC)
QPQ assessed appropriate criteria and is acceptable. The article is within policy.
Any thoughts regarding by suggestion to change "death" to " the Holocaust" in the hook, it could help focus the reader on the topic?
Thanks for making the changes above. I've made some edits to the article which are hopefully improvements.
It would be great if we could include the image in the article but I don't think there's enough evidence provided that it is in the public domain as my understanding is that France operates an author's life+70 rule. The photograph itself was only taken in 1958 so unlikely the criteria is met, it would be useful if there was an OTRS showing that it had been released into public domain by the author. Images are not my forte so would appreciate a second opinion regarding this. Cowlibob (talk) 17:59, 15 November 2019 (UTC)
Cowlibob, forgot about the hook. I agree and have changed it above. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 18:04, 15 November 2019 (UTC)
Good to go with ALT0. However I think the photograph can't be used. Cowlibob (talk) 20:54, 16 November 2019 (UTC)
