Nowhere does the article state that the funding issues were for the 2012 Paralympics qualifier, just for a London qualifier. (It may have been the qualifier for the 2012 Paralympics, but this is not made clear and must be.) Under the circumstances of the problematic hook and lack of clarity in the article, I strongly recommend that the author carefully review both. BlueMoonset (talk) 06:55, 21 December 2013 (UTC)
It's been over a week, and the nominator has made close to 900 edits, including two to this article, though these edits merely added new facts rather than addressing the raised issues. Also, in that period, another five articles have been identified as having significant issues. Laura, you've been a DYK contributor for a long time and you know how this works—if you want to concentrate on creating new material at the expense of fixing what you've already created and nominated, that's your choice, but it's one that is not compatible with DYK.
