Frances Stackhouse Acton[edit]

  • ... that Fanny Knight excavated a Roman villa, repaired a castle, wrote a book and was an accomplished botanist and artist?

  • @Worm That Turned: 5x expansion accepted on January 2-3, 2016. Hook facts are interesting and cited inline in the article. Offline sources accepted AGF. Fewer than 200 characters, and QPQ is done. The one tweak I might suggest is that you could remove a few of the facts, as in my opinion, the hook is a little broad. However, this is just a suggestion and is not necessary. Johanna(talk to me!) 17:08, 22 January 2016 (UTC)
I was trying to find something hook-y in the article, and the best I could come up with was the diversity of her interests - removing a few would rather remove the interest from the hook. I'd be happy with an alt, but not a cut down version of the list :) WormTT(talk) 17:53, 22 January 2016 (UTC)
  • The hook definitely caught my attention. It's time to promote it. Yoninah (talk) 18:10, 23 January 2016 (UTC)
