  • Starting with matters that are approved: New and long enough, checks for copyvio reveals no problems, all non-lead paragraphs have inline citations.
  • Matters that need to be dealt with are 1) a QPQ check needs to be performed by the nominator and 2) content in the hook is not backed by a reliable source in the article at the end of the sentence that contains the information, which is required as per section 3b of WP:WIADYK. A citation exists prior to this regarding the subject being the Assistant Director at one time, but one needs to be present at the end of the sentence about him being the chief director.
