Disappearance of Toni Sharpless

  • Reviewed: Nicholas Laucella
  • Comment: The anniversary I would like this to run on is August 23

Created by Daniel Case (talk). Self-nominated at 20:17, 13 August 2019 (UTC).

  • New enough, long enough, neutrally written, well referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. QPQ done. Image in article is fair use.
  • Regarding the hooks, the way ALT0 is written makes it hard to follow. I like ALT1, but I don't see the "drinking heavily" part in the source; it seems to imply that she was acting erratically because she was bipolar. ALT2 doesn't seem in the spirit of an encyclopedia. ALT3 could be okay, but she was "asked to leave", not "thrown out". Yoninah (talk) 20:01, 19 August 2019 (UTC)
@Yoninah: Thank you for responding. I had worded the first hook both in a manner that would be succinct and reflective of your stated preference for having the subject article come early in the sentence. I will see if I can reword.

I have removed "heavily" from ALT1 and reworded ALT3 as well. Daniel Case (talk) 02:46, 20 August 2019 (UTC)

Addendum: See amended original hook. Daniel Case (talk) 02:50, 20 August 2019 (UTC)
  • Thank you. Approving all hooks, with preference for ALT0. Yoninah (talk) 08:56, 20 August 2019 (UTC)
