Aram Khachaturian[edit]

Khachaturian in 1971

  • ... that the composer Aram Khachaturian (pictured) was "entirely a creation of the Soviet musical and dance establishment"?
  • Reviewed: Guiuan Church
  • Comment: the quote is from a 2013 academic article by Harlow Robinson, a professor and "a specialist in Soviet and Russian cultural history"[1]

Improved to Good Article status by Yerevantsi (talk). Self nominated at 00:01, 3 January 2015 (UTC).

  • Article is long enough, uses in-line citations, is neutrally written and was nominated the day after reaching good article status. Spot-checking does not find issues with plagiarism, copyvio, or unduly close paraphrasing. However, QPQ is now required as nominator has now reached 48 credits. Once this is addressed the article is good to go. MisterBee1966 (talk) 12:52, 3 January 2015 (UTC)
