Angels Ain't Listening

  • ... that the character from the music video for "Angels Ain't Listening" refers to the Joker played by Joaquin Phoenix from the 2019 film of the same title? Anders Öhrman (2 June 2020). "Det är många i samhället som sätter på sig en mask för att låtsas må bra" [Many people in society put on a mask to pretend to feel good]. QX (in Swedish). Retrieved 3 June 2020.

  • QPQ not needed, new enough, long enough, passes earwig. Hook is cited. Prose somewhat clunky and could use some copy-editing. --evrik (talk) 04:23, 8 July 2020 (UTC)
  • @Evrik: I did a drop more editing on the article to align with English grammar. I also moved up a paragraph and changed some subheads so it would flow logically. It looks good now. Yoninah (talk) 17:59, 8 July 2020 (UTC)
  • Okay, I looked at the video, and thought it as a subtitled music video. I'm okay with Alt1. What about 1a? --evrik (talk) 18:15, 8 July 2020 (UTC)
  • Leaving choice of hook to the promoter. --evrik (talk) 18:22, 8 July 2020 (UTC)
  • I disagree. ALT0 is not worded correctly nor according to the source, and your version reads much more smoothly than mine. Striking the ones not to use. Yoninah (talk) 18:44, 8 July 2020 (UTC)
    • Per WP:DYK#Cited hook, "Each fact in the hook must be supported in the article by at least one inline citation to a reliable source, appearing no later than the end of the sentence(s) offering that fact." To satisfy this requirement, I made a duplicate citation immediately after the sentence with the hook fact. The source is in Swedish, but the Google translation seemed pretty clear.
