Alajuela Province[edit]

Grecia's sheet metal church in Alajuela Province

  • ... that Alajuela Province in Costa Rica is home to gothic, neo-classical, art deco, and neo-colonial churches, including a church constructed with sheet metal (pictured)?

5x expanded by Mvblair (talk), Dr. Blofeld (talk). Nominated by Mvblair (talk) at 23:18, 18 May 2014 (UTC).

  • The article is long enough, and was expanded more than five-fold. Hook is well cited and interesting. Nomination was timely. No copyvios identified. One suggestion: Since the photo is part of the DYK I think it should be moved to the paragraph about the churches, rather than buried in the gallery. But this is not a disqualifier and the article is good to go either way. --MelanieN (talk) 14:13, 4 June 2014 (UTC)
Good suggestion, MelanieN. I rearranged some of the pictures and put the sheet metal church next to the section that discusses it. Thank you! Mvblair (talk) 14:28, 4 June 2014 (UTC)
