Commons or Local Decide the correct place for shield images There are many files indicate Australian road shields and signs on both Wikimedia Commons (c:Category:Diagrams of route signs of Australia and c:Category:Diagrams of road signs of Australia) and English Wikipedia (Category:Diagrams of Australian highway markers), and nearly 70% of them are duplicated, question is that whether these images are below Threshold of originality (TOO) in Australia, although they are below TOO in the United States, as all files on Commons must be either public domain or free licensed, in both United States and Australia, or otherwise they must be kept locally under fair use conditions. This matter is currently discussing at WT:AURD#Deletion requests for Australian road signs on Commons. Started
