Usage[edit]
For use in a declined {{unblock}} request. When replacing the request with {{unblock reviewed}}, use the parameter decline={{subst:2nd chance}} ~~~~
Note that this template should be substituted.
TemplateData[edit]
Informs a user whose unblock request was declined of how best they could demonstrate that their block is no longer necessary because they understand what they are blocked for, they will not do it again, and they will make productive contributions instead.
