Cancer pain

[edit]
  • ... that, though cancer pain can usually be eliminated or well controlled, nearly half of all patients receive inadequate treatment and suffer pain needlessly?

  • Length, date, hook OK and verified by online citation.
  • Comment An excellent well-referenced article. The hook is important and deserves wider publicity, to which this DYK would contribute. Should you have reviewed another DYK? --Peter I. Vardy (talk) 10:20, 24 August 2011 (UTC)
It's my first, so I don't have to, but I'm reviewing Arab Indonesians tonight. Thank you for your review and comments. I agree. The hook actually needs to be on the front page of the New York Times every day until the medical profession wakes up to itself. Is there any way to have this sit on the Wikipedia front page for longer than 6 hours? Or is it possible to grab a 6 hour slot when Britain and America are awake? --Anthonyhcole (talk) 10:51, 24 August 2011 (UTC)
