Intentional disambiguation link on {{Yugoslavia topics}}[edit]

@Joy: I've intentionally linked the Military of Yugoslavia redirect in this edit on the mentioned navbox because the section deals with several armies of Yugoslavia and not just YPA. It was not my intention to confuse the DPL bot and have the "incoming links" notice be put up again; is linking to disambiguation pages from navboxes legitimate, and if yes, is there a way to bypass this? -Vipz (talk) 07:34, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

When I was looking at the navbox content, it seemed to be missing the link to JNA, so I updated it. Maybe you can reformat that group of links so it's more logical? --Joy (talk) 09:26, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Joy: This issue seems to be stemming from the fact that we regard Royal Yugoslav Army as both the army and the ground forces, creating no room for Yugoslav People's Army which has a separate article for Yugoslav Ground Forces. What is weird is that even the Serbian Wikipedia does not have a separate article for the royal ground forces (yet), although it remains a red link in the linked navbox. Shall we separate Ground Forces from the Army section so YPA can be linked? We were also lacking a link to Military ranks of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, but I will fix that shortly. -Vipz (talk) 06:33, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Made some improvements, what do you think? -Vipz (talk) 06:44, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It works. At the same time, I'd just unlink the generic military link because it doesn't provide value beyond the list. The "Economy" link goes to Economy of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia so there's that too. --Joy (talk) 09:24, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Joy: I can't find a way to remove the link; it seems to automatically detect existence of "Military of Yugoslavia" and links it in absence of a custom value. -Vipz (talk) 10:54, 21 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
