New Here[edit]

Hi there, just thought I'd let you know that Young Scot is more than an "advice website for schoolchildren that does a discount card". They provide opportunities to young people in order to help develop their educational and professional development.Ryant633 (talk) 20:46, 26 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notability[edit]

So... it's some sort of advice website for schoolchildren that does a discount card? About the measure of it? I'd say that does not qualify as notable. --Breadandcheese 16:38, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Opening[edit]

I'd disagree with the opening: "the national youth information and citizenship agency of Scotland" - firstly, the term agency in such a context makes it sound like a branch of the state and secondly is the use of 'the' to suggest the singular not simply an advertising 'puff' - it does not have a monopoly on the exercise of such activities. --Breadandcheese 03:54, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
