Thank you @Marcocapelle:. This new user was created today with their first edit being clearly biased references about what I assume to be a personal relationship to the user The Setup Man. All new edits made by this new user were about something that someone did and something that someone said about an attempt to pass a law in the Knesset that never got very far in the legislative process. If Wikipedia referenced every quote by anyone associated with any tangential topic about a laws that never got passed, Wikipedia would be a spam factory.
