I would like to ask for a citation as to his retention as a "military advisor" by Nationalist China after the war. It seems odd to me that the Chinese government would have a Japanese war criminal on retainer, so unless there is evidence to back this up, it should be deleted or at the very least cited as being completely unfounded and unreliable.

Prior to the rise of the Kuomintang in China, Chiang Kai-shek studied in Japan, and many of Okamura's close officers were old buddies of Chiang. -- 李博杰  | Talk contribs email 07:44, 14 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
