Reference 9 states Ferreira Carrasco was the first Belgian to score in a European Cup final. However, Julien Devrindt scored in the 1970 Inter-Cities Fairs Cup final (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1970_Inter-Cities_Fairs_Cup_Final), Raoul Lambert and Julien Cools scored in the 1976 UEFA Cup final (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1976_UEFA_Cup_Final) and Marc Wilmots scored the only goal in the 1997 UEFA Cup final (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1997_UEFA_Cup_Final).
