Bill Heinecke's Open Support of The Thai Coup and Junta[edit]

There should be something on this page noting Bill Heinecke's open pro-junta support and his open letter to Ambassadors / Public which he sent through the Thai English-language media. This event/article has been discussed on the web in various places. Forbes and Bloomberg also note his pro-junta positions. Pages are slowly disappearing from the net and the record must be kept. Please put the political notes for this person on his page too. Thailand is a very political country and in Bill Heinecke's decades there he has seen endless coups. The current regime in power got direct support from him through his article posted on tatnews.org and the Bangkok Post. His position should be noted on this page about him.

It seems the original article posted at tatnews.org has 'disappeared' but the evidence of its existence is on the web. Bill Heinecke Related articles:

Wikipedia needs to keep truth and history from being rewritten. Although Wikipedia has good intentions, there are many such as the Thai government itself who limit free speech and information and wish to rewrite the truth. Please consider this in relation to Thailand and other nations where truth and free speech are limited and propaganda is rampant. NaturalEquality (talk) 08:49, 8 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
