Well'sbuilt or Wells' Built?[edit]

Saw this from List of museums in Florida and noticed the unusual format. Did some searching and see it's stylized the same as the website. The place was originally "Wellsbilt" [1]. I was expecting some reason or history of this unique stylization - I have a feeling it's only due to legal reasons. – The Grid (talk) 18:48, 14 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Clearly, it should be Wells' Built as it was built by a Dr. Wells, and the apostrophe always goes AFTER the full word. The sources you quote confirm this, and it has nothing to do with "legal reasons". Some people unfortunately get confused if the word ends in "s", and think it should go before the "s" but that's not the case. The heading is the only thing wrong with the article, and I would change it myself, if I knew how. Editrite! (talk) 07:24, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
