removal[edit]

I have removed the following text from the overview/history section:

But the indigenous people of wau are indeed the fertit who include the golo, ndogo, balanda qureysh and other small tribes. The jur people also known as the luo migrated to wau in the early 20th century, while the dinka came from their respective towns to settle their as it was a trading center which had been established by the arabs who also came from the north,as to whoever owns the town has been in dispute indeed but this is because the tribes that migrated to wau increased more rapidly in population hence outnumbering the fertit, but it is with no doubt indeed a fertit town.

This appears to contradict the given quotation by Burr and Collins, as well as having the characteristics of an unsourced contribution. Any editor is, of course, free to re-add with appropriate references. Thanks, BanyanTree 02:57, 9 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
