Locust Bird[edit]

"[the bird eats insects and locust] ... leading to the local name “locust bird”. - According to Planet Earth the bird is named because it swarms like locust.

Open-bill, anyone?[edit]

Could someone please tell me what the meaning ind significance of "open-bill feeding" is, firstly in this connection, and secondly in general?
