Shouldn't It Be Said[edit]

That the nulla nulla comes in different types: beak-headed, flat-headed, round-headed, and sphere-headed?

Article needs references and clarification[edit]

The article needs more references, for example for the assertions about the kinds of uses to which waddies were put, including in preparing ochre. It also needs to be clearer about the types of clubs which were called waddies, distinguishing them from leangles, lil-lils and others. The photo illustrating Arrernte (old spelling "Aranda") waddies includes a hooked or beaked one, in a style usually called a leangle, probably from a name lianggul (from the elements lia + -ang +-kul – "one having a tooth") given it by speakers of the Kulin language group of central and western Victoria. The other two resemble lil-lils, which I believe come from NSW. yoyo (talk) 16:32, 10 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
