Please remove the reference to starvietnamvisa.com, as this is not a legitimate website that has anything to do with actual valid Vietnam Visas See Vietnam embassies websites for example: http://www.vietnamembassy.org.au/Consular.htm (these rogue websites listed there are not an official way to get a visa for Vietnam, and they just collect fees.) Hi Irenna (talk). You need to read the embassies website more clearly. Vietnamese visa on arrival is legal. You should check and do some more research before providing wrong information about visa on arrival is not legitimate. I have been using it for many times when traveling to Vietnam and also done some extensive research, and it is legal and works fine. You need an agency to guarantee/ invite for your stay. There are many and you need to find the correct one. I've used this one and there are of course many others. It is also true what you say, that the embassy don't guarantee for this visa, since they don't processed it or handle it. And if you do it wrong, they cannot help you. Well if you do it wrong at the embassies, they cannot help you either. The Vietnamese immigration guarantee for visa on arrival. Is is 2 different systems, one as regular visa with processing at the embassies and one is processing in Vietnam. I tried to explain it, but maybe it is not clear on the page. Many are confused about these cases, and I am trying to write about the Vietnamese visa policy and their visas to help readers about the facts. If you try to search you will know it is legal and official correct. Have you been to Vietnam with this visa type? I am curious: since there have been some spaming, and since I've managed to ask the Callanecc and Materialscientist to block for not registered users and some ip, you entered and claim this visa type is not legal and also have never add or contribute anything on wiki.. I am a norwegian citizen, had a 90 day single-entry visa to vietnam, but just stayed there for 10 days, then went to Thailand for 14 days, then back to vietnam, got a 14 day visa on arrival on the Ho Chi Minh airport, there was no problem.. >>"they also must make 30 day pause between two arrivals"<< i merely had a 24 day pause, and there wasn't any problem.. that was May 28, 2015, 8 days ago :o 88.91.161.82 (talk) 08:24, 3 June 2015 (UTC)

Hello, of course. You had a visa the first time and did not enter under the visa waiver. That's why you could enter the second time under the visa waiver in less than 30 days. XodoX
