It's a fact that this man has a protected species, a hornbill bird in his possession. He runs a program on TV every morning about the world and often promoting China, a place where there seems to be no interest in protecting animals. Isn't that odd? It's too bad that even educated Thai people don't seem to care about doing the right thing. But it's the Thai way. Some people in Thailand are always allowed to stretch or break laws and for some others it's even legal for them to break laws under the law. When the law applies to all, the problems of abuse will end. Let's hope the police can find the truth, the real truth, and apply the law in this story if necessary.
