The article reads to me as biased in favor of the agency. Two main examples:

  1. Unsourced claim that it "promotes a culturally respectful and culturally appropriate approach to Indigenous children and families".
  2. "VACCA played an important role in bringing to light the full extent of the horrors of the Stolen Generations." We're not supposed to take an opinion on whether or not something constitutes as a "horror".
