Unclear phrase[edit]

What does "Both films, inspired in the Empress Sisi's films..." mean? Did Sisi inspire these films or the other way around? And who is Sisi? Is this Empress Elisabeth of Austria? Can we have a link please? DES (talk) 21:37, 6 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The films ¿Dónde vas Alfonso XII? and ¿Dónde vas, triste de ti? are sentimental rendering about the life of King Alphonso XII of Spain. They were made emulating the trilogy of films about Empress Elisabeth of Austria, known as Sissi, starring Romy Schneider: Sissi (1955), Sissi – The Young Empress (1956) and Sissi – Fateful Years of an Empress (1957).--Miguelemejia (talk) 01:37, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. . It seems to me that the article could and should make that second point clearer. Im particular "Inspired in" as opposed to "inspired by" is in my view poor English. I will edit. DES (talk) 04:15, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
