Invisible reference 1[edit]

on 30 April 2006, reference 1 was added to this article but it isn't showing anywhere in the source code, even when looking at the revision from when it was first added. The reference still works alright but it is slightly unclear. The information used in this article is from an Excel file inside a zip file which can be downloaded from the second section in the website. Is this okay for a citation? Does extra information need to be added to show the reader where the information actually is in the site, and if so how can this be done since the reference cannot be edited because it isn't in the source code.
