How many stories?[edit]

Was the building three stories or four stories high, and which level did the collapse occur on? The beginning of the article says it was a four-story building with the collapse on the third floor, but later on the article states that the building was only expanded to three stories. I've also found contemporary news reporting indicating the collapse occurred from the fourth floor. 174.20.111.61 (talk) 12:05, 4 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Partitions?[edit]

"The effect of this error was somewhat mitigated by the construction of partitions on the floor below, which helped redistribute the excess load well such that no damage was incurred. A few weeks before the collapse, the wedding hall owners decided to remove the partitions."

Wikipedia has no page with word "partition" with related meaning? Are we talking about permanent or non permanent structures? The owners removed load bearing walls and they were not changed, but inventor of the elements, that were misused in the constuction?
