Request name change[edit]

Shouldn't this article be titled "Venturi Automobiles", the name of the company? {{editprotected}} I know that technically this is not protected, but would someone please change the name of the article to agree with the name of the company? 199.125.109.77 07:48, 2 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Can you present some evidence that the name of the company is, in fact, "Venturi Automobiles" and not "Automobiles Venturi"? Od Mishehu 17:45, 2 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Use WP:RM or move it yourself with a user name. Cheers. --MZMcBride 02:44, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is a trivial move that requires no discussion. Go to the company website[1] and you will see that the name of the company is "Venturi Automobiles" both in French and in English. See both [2] and [3]. I have no interest in creating a username. 199.125.109.77 03:22, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This doesn't need administrator help. If there is consensus here for the move, someone can move the page. — Carl (CBM · talk) 19:08, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Moved per request, along with the associated talk page and the existing redirect at Venturi (car). (No objection noted to the request, and it is in accordance with the company web site.) Please review the linked articles and adjust any articles with links to the old page. --Ckatzchatspy 09:18, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Done. 199.125.109.77 07:27, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have one request : If someone can install all the logos of the company. (new logo, classic logo, anniversary logo and MVS logo) And we can also make a link with De La Chapelle cars. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.45.20.51 (talk) 15:30, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Pedigree? Their cars were awful. One season in 1994 when no awards were given, conviniently, before the McLaren blew away all competition in the subsequent two years. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.67.130.83 (talk) 17:20, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Venturi logo.jpg[edit]

Image:Venturi logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Hard to follow[edit]

I find it very hard to follow much of what this article is talking about. For example, it goes into certain details about Venturi's "first automobile", including what shows it was in, what engines it had, but it never says anywhere WHAT CAR it is talking about. It is shown next to a picture of the 300 Atlantique, so one presumes that is the car being described, but who knows? Not me. It never says what the rest of the car specs are, whether it ended up with the VW engine or the V6 engine for production. I don't find most of the rest much easier to get any meaningful info out of either. I want to know, in order, what cars it developed, why, what each car's specs were (unless this can be found on individual pages, which should be linked to).

COI Edit Request: Venturi & Formula E[edit]

The first team to commit to the Formula E World Championship, Venturi competes under the name of ROKiT Venturi Racing with its drivers Edoardo Mortara and Lucas di Grassi till the end of 2021-2022 season. Afterward, Venturi definitely left the field of Formula E to focus on its space sector activities. [4] The team became Maserati MSG Racing. Fabbrouwers (talk) 14:16, 3 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
