'Antiwar demonstrations that invariably erupted into violence' strikes me as a suspect way of putting things. Certainly antiwar demonstrations, even in the early 70s did not invariably erupt into violence, and when they did, as I understand it, it was as often as not a direct result of police activity. Or did whoever wrote it mean to say something about what Venveremos did in antiwar demonstrations? -- Rafaelgr, March 8 2004

This entry duplicated the Venceremos Organization entry and the two articles should be merged. DJ Silverfish 18:46, 2 Jun 2005 (UTC)

There is some confusion here - this article discusses the VO, a breakaway group from the Bay Area Revolutionary Union. This is an entirely different group from the Venceremos Brigade, which is a group of supporters of Cuba who annually travel to that country to take place in work brigades. I've move the article from "Venceremos Brigade" to here. Peter G Werner 19:40, 20 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

this wiki entry was not sourced and not terribly informative. i have tried to add some content but have been defeated by less-than-transparent wiki footnoting techniques. hope someone can tidy this up a bit. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pottawatomie (talkcontribs) 17:36, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
