Pseudonym[edit]

The name of the artist is German and means "below zero".

Is it her name or a pseudonym (stage name)? If the latter, I think the article should make that clear. --soUmyaSch 08:18, 4 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, she is the main member of this band, Erica Dunham, she stands for the writing of the songs as well as performs them vocally and (on stage) visually. The band (...) consists of a couple of other persons, standing for the instruments, like the synthesizers and the drums. For example, Shakira isn't alone, she has other people in her band, but we call the performance group just Shakira. Ask me if there's something unclear. --Shandris 16:11, 30 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Her name is erica, the project is unter null, maybe it is also her pseudonym but it is certainly not HER name.

Hello from Erica[edit]

Hi, this is Erica of Unter Null.

Unter Null consists of me. I write and produce the music, however when it comes time to play shows, I generally have a keyboardist on stage and sometimes a drummer.

Cheers

Erica

Ohhh!! I'm so happy to hear from you, Erica! I thought, what a shame that Wikipedia doesn't have an article about unter null, so I created one myself; seems there aren't many people who wants edit it though... Cheers, have a nice day! Shandristhe azylean 18:43, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, i think that aggrotech is the better term to describe the music of Unter Null. The original dark electro sound doesn't use techno or trance elements. Aggrotech is a mixture of aggressive + technoid... --Menorrhea 14:13, 3 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Feel free to change, but do you know more about the artist? This article is so tiny... Shandristhe azylean 19:24, 3 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
No, sorry. I don't know about this electronic artist (the music isn't my cup of tea). --Menorrhea 14:39, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Then what is your cup of tea? VNV Nation? Shandristhe azylean 16:43, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
No, sorry. This music isn't my cup of tea... Mostly i prefer music without a techno/trance influence, e.g. electroclash, EBM, dark electro, industrial metal, etc. I don't really like futurepop or aggrotech. --Menorrhea 02:34, 11 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Appearances[edit]

Yay! I just read on her new site that she will do 2 performances in fall:

Tinitus Festival, Stockholm, Sweden, October 28

K17, Berlin, Germany, November 10

Hehe, I live in Stockholm, so it's awesome that she's coming to my hometown^^

Copyright infringement?[edit]

The new article is a copy (http://vampirefreaks.com/u/missnull) --Menorrhea 07:37, 18 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unter Null (both words capitalized)[edit]

Referring to what Erica said at this discussion page, to unter-null.net and to musicbrainz the name of the project is Unter Null. So it is not all lowercase. Therefor Unter Null should be deleted and this articel moved over there. -- JonnyJD 14:18, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality[edit]

Overview, third paragraph: "The first demo was released sometime in 2000 as a self-titled CD with a bunch of really shit tracks. Don’t go seeking it out ;)"

So... should we re-arrange this? -Alpha 02:12, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
