University ranking[edit]

Text was removed related to the ranking of UWI using the Webometrics published data. In the (view) history of the article, contributors are arguing over what is a reliable source. I don't think there is a definitive answer. The Wikipedia article College and university rankings lists Webometric and makes no comments that it is unreliable. Its inclusion suggests that it is a reliable source. Moreover, the Webometrics ranking "is produced by Cybermetrics Lab (CCHS), a unit of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), the main public research body in Spain. That surely is a reliable source.

What are the arguments against using this ranking?WayneBu (talk) 07:35, 1 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Universities central at Women in Red on IWD during March 2017[edit]

Info and invitation to UWI. Women in Red has a drive during March to create and improve articles on women alumni of universities. International Women's Day is on March 8th and we invite others to mirror the event in the UK in Cambridge. Please sign up or ask for help at Women in Red. Hope you can make it. We have tools that will allow you to find missing women alumni from UWI or any other university. We are interested in editors who want to work in any language. We have already proposed this to your bosses .... Victuallers (talk) 08:58, 22 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
