Here are a few reactions:

First, it would seem that this claim needs a citation, given that it is a rather large one and says something important: "Though the elections were originally supported by the US government, the US encouraged President Abbas to retain control over the government by consolidating his power. The US contributed to this by transferring money for security assistance directly to Abbas and Fatah rather than through the PA."

Second, the section of the article on the PASF could probably use a little more information to balance it out, and also to give the reader a better sense of current efforts the Palestinian Authority is making with regards to security, as this is the section covering the most recent developments. It would be easy, I'd imagine, to pull some recent information from the news.

Third, perhaps for the sake of balance another critical Israeli perspective or two could be added at the end beyond the one that is currently offered.

Fourth, some of the sourcing is exclusively from one source in large segments of the article (e.g., Lia in the beginning; and Zinotti in the Palestinian Authority Security Forces Training Program section). That said, perhaps given the very particular nature of this topic, it makes sense that there are not a million sources available.

Fifth, perhaps a bit more clarification is needed to help the reader distinguish between what is particularly American about this security support given that, according to the article, personnel include Canadians, British, Turks, and Jordanians. Should the title of the article be more accurately: "International Security assistance to the Palestinian Authority"? Is there enough material out there to address European/Canadian/Turkish/other assistance in a separate article? Additionally, says that the U.S. "would regard the USSC as the only channel for international security assistance to the PA" ... but this leaves the reader wondering if other foreign governments have merely submitted to U.S. dominance in terms of security assistance, or if they object at all.

Thank you for your advice! That claim you mentioned needing a citation is actually cited at the end of the very next sentence, so there are three sentences from the same web source (no pages), but I can see about making it clearer. What did you mean by the section on the PASF having a "little more information"? I am not sure I understand. Do you mean, expand the sub-section called "assessment" on the results of the forces?
I think there is indeed enough material to discuss the role of others in the international community in Palestine, but probably in another article (in fact there is one about EU COPPS, a European police training program.) The particular emphasis on the security forces belongs mainly to the U.S. which sets the policy agenda and completely funds the program. The reason there are international personnel is that U.S. agents cannot easily travel in the West Bank without special permission and escorts.
