Does this article even need to exist? It's been a stub for a long time. This terminology (USO) is, from what I can gather, very seldom used and not a widely accepted term. The current citations simply point to the usage of the term in a few articles, but I really don't think this article meets WP:N. If anyone has sources or information that would make this more notable, please do include it here. Otherwise it may be prudent to start an XFD or PROD.
