Hello YE, I will review this article today. It's been a while since I've reviewed a TC-related article.

" Flo began to rapidly intensify, and on September 17, Flo attained peak intensity." - Considering how strong Flo was, I think you should mention maybe the maximum sustained wind or the minimum pressure
