This article is a fivefold expansion and is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral, and I detected no copyright issues. Hi, I came by to promote this, but there are a number of paragraphs without any cites, per Rule D2. I also think that shortening the hook would make it punchier:
