TCR[edit]

Unlike the above, the storm passed just offshore Honduras. Where is the impact in that country?
"A "yellow alert" was declared for five departments of Honduras: Gracias a Dios, Colón, Atlantida, Cortés, and Islas de la Bahia. Two other departments, Yoro and Olancho." - what's with the last two?
