Article moved[edit]

This article was moved earlier by Anikgos to 2004 Fiji Cyclone which is a title which contains Original research as it was not a tropcial cyclone at peak and was not disscussed anywhere. i then moved it back to where i thought it belonged but made a mistake can an administrator move it back please to Tropical Depression 10F (2004). I should also note that Tropical Depression 10F (2004) is unique unlike 2004 Fiji Cyclone.Jason Rees 13:23, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Merge?[edit]

Weak system, not even named, number of deaths still doesn't make it extremely notable. --MarioProtIV (talk/contribs) 20:12, 2 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Strong oppose as the flooding and number of deaths does make it notable, especially when compared to other Fijian TC's.Jason Rees (talk) 20:34, 2 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
"Weak system" isn't too much of an argument for merger, and this storm is notable for inclusion on wiki, just like any other tropical cyclone. While it may be short, merging is pointless given that, if the above links are any indicator, this can easily be expanded. YE Pacific Hurricane 00:37, 4 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Problem with source #3[edit]

The citation ref name="Fiji" links to information about 2006/2007/2008 storms, and does not appear to be related to the contents of this page. I have tried looking through the top-level directory of this source (http://www.wmo.int/pages/prog/www/tcp/documents/) but have not been able to find the source that should be used. I wonder if any of the authors of the page know how this got messed up? -RunningOnBrains(talk) 23:37, 28 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Appologies @Runningonbrains: but i have only just seen this talk page comment. Yes the source mentioned refers to 2006/2007/2008 storms, however, if you look at page 12/13 you will find information on 10F which was mislabbelled as being a part of the 2006 season and instead refers to 10F of 03-04.Jason Rees (talk) 21:44, 6 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
