Under the heading Nearby Roman remains, the Via Julia Augusta is said to be named after the emperor Augustus. However, Julia Augusta was the name given to Augustus's wife Livia in his will when he posthumously adopted her as his daughter. I'm not an expert, but perhaps this should be edited to say the road was named for Livia i.e., Julia Augusta? Penkill (talk) 18:44, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
