Why is there a GNR discography and no Replacements discography? GNR has never released an album with Tommy as a member, yet The Replacements never had another bassist?

Tommy Gets His Tonsils Out[edit]

This The Replacements song was written about Tommy, I presume. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 60.240.37.246 (talk) 04:22, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why so little about the Replacements?[edit]

They're a pretty important band. --Omarcheeseboro (talk) 14:35, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Because they have their own article so people who want the full history of the band can follow the link to find it. There's no need to duplicate all that info here, or on the other members pages. Danikat (talk) 07:50, 30 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Why so little about Tommy Stinson?[edit]

This is a surprisingly incomplete article considering that he was a key member of not one but two famous and influential bands which will be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame eventually and considering that he has had a fairly noteable solo career as well. According to this article, the most important event of his career was a squabble with some forgettable band who opened for Guns N Roses. I am not sure if I havw the time or the detailed knowledge to fix this article, but I am moved to comment on its unusually poor quality. (Although on the plus side, it is at least fairly succinct, unless this comment of mine.) Timothy Horrigan (talk) 14:25, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
