More info on the property itself?[edit]

We currently have lots of detail about Lennon and Starr's occupancy, but little to nothing about the estate, it's history, and earlier occupants (if there were any of any note). --kingboyk 16:00, 26 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vernacular[edit]

I understand that as a broad, general policy, articles on American (U.S., North American) topics are written in N.A. argot, and those on Brit topics are written in Oxford English, or some suitable semblance. That said, some passages in this article are, I have to confess, incomprehensible to me. I am not the most accomplished anglophile, but I wonder if some of this doesn't need to be a bit more encyclopedic, and less pop-magazinic. I may be totally wrong. I'm "being bold" here, with the understanding that this remark, like those preceding it, can easily be ignored. I would "be bold" to make some changes, but I am so completely at sea on this one, that I cannot suss out enough comprehension of the intent to reword anything with any confidence. Guess this is not an appropriate article for my contribs. Just hoping that others will polish it a bit. Rags (talk) 23:32, 28 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
