Asterisks?[edit]

In the Partial filmography listing, some of the titles are denoted with an asterisk - with no obvious meaning. I don't want to remove them (since they clearly meant something to the contributor), but a footnote/legend might be useful - I cannot myself discern even a probable meaning.

Sorry if this comment merely reveals my ignorance of an otherwise well-known protocol...

It's not a protocol. The only use I can see is for footnotes, but that's not the way footnotes are done here, and there is no receiving asterisk providing the footnote. I'll crawl back through the history to see if there ever was one, but I think it's probably safe to remove them. [EDIT] The asterisks were added 15 September 2013‎ by user Dutchy85, but there was never any explanation given for them, and he never made any subsequent edits to the article. He's still active, apparently, and one could ask, but he didn't think it important enough to explain it nearly a year ago, and if it is important he could always replace it (hopefully in a more reader-friendly manner).12.233.147.42 (talk) 23:37, 4 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
