A number of recent edits and reverts have come from IPs in Durham/from Durham University. While I cannot prove it falls under WP:COI the recent edits make the article read more like a resume. The source for notability of academic works is cited as Google Scholar and the academic's own website, which may be WP:OR. I believe this article should be re-edited to remove unnecessary information indicative of an academic resume than can span over dozens of pages for no good reason other than self-promotion. The issue of self-promotion seems to be still ongoing. There is no evidence of Brooks being an advisor to the Labour Party, and my recent edit clearing this up was removed by an anonymous user. April1Tues (talk) 08:20, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
