And I have tagged it for deletion. Although the event is current and verifiable the term "Ipswich Ripper" is not, except for usage in one newspaper. The sources cited except for that one refer to "Ripper" (alone) or "East Anglia Ripper". IfUnless the term gains wide acceptance (as it may) it's a neologism.
