Celebrating the laying of the foundation stone of Liverpool Philharmonic Hall[edit]

Apart from one dubious source (clearly unreliable as it doesn't even give the correct names of those who took part in the opera's premiere), now tagged, I have failed to find any source - having checked Holst biographies by his daugher Imogen, Michael Short and Jon C Mitchell, as well as Imogen's "Thematic Catalogue" - which confirms that the premiere of Wandering Scholar "celebrated the laying of the foundation stone of Herbert James Rowse's Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, the successor to the previous Hall which burned down in 1933". I am therefore deleting this, though I would be very interested if any other editor can find a reliable source for this statement. Alfietucker (talk) 14:58, 6 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
