"west of the Colorado River"[edit]

It is the second oldest paper in Texas and the oldest west of the Colorado River

This just states the relative location of the first and second oldest papers. Is it really relevant? It sounds like a fact introduced to make it the oldest of something. Note this is a fact from the cited source, so I don't mean to sound like I'm attacking the author. I'm just not sure that it's as impressive as it sounds. The area west of the Colorado River in Texas is larger than most states in the United States.--William S. Saturn (talk) 20:15, 28 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
