[Untitled][edit]

Apparently, there appears to be immature slam artists pranking the Conway and Whitman page here for some time now. Just go away and love your Howard Stern or Tom Leykis, whoever you're trying to impress with your stupid fetish in your adventure of show business. Some of the Wiki contributions to the Conway and Whitman page are complete vandalism and smear campaigns.

This following trash found on the Conway and Whitman page is definitely subjective to the point of libel. I hope that the vandalism ceases until it doesn't have stuff like "Stop it!" while the whole page is deleted, or this garbage--

"Conway and Whitman is a CBS Radio The Show has not really advanced at all since the early days of KLSX turning into an all talk station in vein of The Howard Stern Show. There has not been any new ideas added to the show since Dan Finder, Doug Steckler and Jason Insalaco left the show. Listeners can call in to the show and discuss whatever topic CBS finds or allows over the airwaves to be discussed. Usually the topic comes from the Howard Stern Show over from SIRIUS, to which Conway and Whitman will pose a question for the audience to call in and discuss. The pair allows people to share their thoughts on the topic of the evening, but have been known to 'cut short' a caller with a simple "Thanks a lot." and moving to the next caller, mostly for comedic effect. As well as trying to mimic the older Howard Stern Show type of sound effects. Another 'gag' is for Brian Whitman to simply begin 'snoring' if he becomes bored with what the caller is saying. During Fridays, the first hour consist of "Make Tom Leykis Laugh" where callers try to give funny jokes on air. Whitman either impersonates the Tom Leykis laugh if the joke is funny, or "Blows Up" the caller just like Tom Leykis does on his show...gee how original. Now they have a Robin Quivers impersonator as well at the 9:00 PM hour too...another Conway & Whitman exclusive...boring! This is the only show on KLSX that still tries to mimic the Howard Stern Show."

There is currently a feud going on between Brian Whitman and Tom Leykis involving radio management at this time, however, I don't think it should be an excuse for slamming and perverting a Conway and Whitman Wikipedia page as a result.

I welcome people to come around and add material about Conway and Whitman, particularly about Tim Conway Jr., who tends to gloss over his Hollywood producer/host/writer/radio broadcasting experiences that the listening audience of Conway and Whitman gets in bits and pieces. He has talked at length about his previous work on his own pilot sitcom, and his time in radio, in addition of his time in Hollywood as an actual host/comedy writer.

I would also like to thank Wikidudeman for requesting security on this page.

Bscottwell1 wrote this unwarranted prank message lately:

"[Randy Wang is a] No-Talent Hack. The majority of listeners find Randy Wang wildly irritating and would prefer if he were removed from the show entirely."

Tim surfaces on KFI[edit]

He is currently airing on news talker KFI from 2-5 pm on Sundays. His politics on the show I just heard over the weekend are obviously that of the classic left-bashing talk radio right-winger. Pretty obvious indication of the spirit of those "What The Hell Did Jesse Jackson Say?" segments, a favorite target of conservatives. Anyway, all that to say that facts of his new show need to be noted on this page.Kuahmel (talk) 14:57, 17 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Page badly in need of editing[edit]

The page needs some serious house cleaning and reformatting, especially in terms of the current content of the show versus previous incarnations. I propose starting a 'Show History' section which will include the information already listed about Conway's tenure on KLSX and KFI and hopefully do a better job of showing the program's progression and give a more accurate picture of what the show consists of currently, while still paying tribute to its history. I will also try to find a way to rework the 'Latest News' section, since information from 2008 probably doesn't normally qualify as the 'latest news'.

Does anyone have any feedback or suggestions for sources? Trainrekmatt (talk) 00:11, 28 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

15 daughters?[edit]

The article says he lives with his wife and "15 daughters". Why isn't this page locked if so many trolls are lurking on it? 2601:18F:4101:4830:D0A2:9F2D:E638:BEB2 (talk) 04:58, 26 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think I need consensus to delete that absurd unsourced claim, so I will. 2601:18F:4101:4830:D0A2:9F2D:E638:BEB2 (talk) 04:59, 26 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
