This article is written in British English, which has its own spelling conventions (colour, travelled, centre, defence, artefact, analyse) and some terms that are used in it may be different or absent from other varieties of English. According to the relevant style guide, this should not be changed without broad consensus.
A fact from The Last Ship (musical) appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 2 March 2014 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that the musical The Last Ship was partially inspired by musician Sting's childhood experiences?
My latest changes are consistent with the style of the article. The article is already marked as being in British English. The changes make the article consistent with this. Sting is English, therefore he speaks British English and the spelling of his quote reflects that. As Brian Yorkey is American I have rendered the entirety of his quote in American English, which was previously inconsistent. The other changes correct the names of various theatres in the US that happen to use the British spelling and are therefore incorrect anyway and are only being saved by redirects.
