Image:Good earth (1937).jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Controversy

I took out the claim that Wong and other ethnic Chinese were vetoed "because their looks didn't fit the concept of what Chinese people should look like<ref>Berry 2000, p. 111.</ref>" because that contradicts the Hayes Code assertion. Clarityfiend (talk) 01:20, 13 February 2010 (UTC)

Added data in other articles, but it seems my entries are being trimmed due to too much information or deleted for not having enough citation links. A citation needed tag would be more helpful.
