Volumes, notes[edit]

Except for the first volume to be published (vol. 7), the volume number is printed in the colophon in each book. And the volume number of ALL volumes can be seen on Fantagraphics' page The Complete Carl Barks Disney Library. So I see no reason for the many references about volume numbers. I'm pretty sure the volumes numbers weren't on the Fantagraphics page last year, that's why there was a reference for the first release. And then I guess that because there was one for the first release, someone put one for the second too when it came out, and so on… They're probably useless now, so if you want to remove them, I don't have a problem with that. 2.3.182.196 (talk) 11:53, 14 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sortable table[edit]

Is there a way to sort the fifth column right? The zeroes should not be there, but without them the sorting don't work on the second book number. Benadikt (talk) 16:08, 4 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Censorship[edit]

The article says the books in this series are completely uncensored. I don't think that remains true as of the most recent volume "Under the Polar Ice". References to scalping by Native Americans are omitted from the Donald Duck story "Riding the Pony Express".

The article says "Volumes 5-22 were completely uncensored", but it seems book 21 "Christmas in Duckburg" has also been censored according to https://featherysociety.proboards.com/post/18334/thread

The mentioned panel is on page 108 of volume 21.

Italian version[edit]

The Italian version has NO series title! Rizzoli Lizard is the publisher of the first two volumes, vol. 7 and vol. 12. Benadikt (talk) 20:46, 12 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Page count[edit]

The page count in the table seem to be very random. In some cases it is the number of numbered pages, like the libraries use.^[1] (Vol. 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 24, 27). In one case it is the total number of pages like they use in The Comic Book Price Guide and The Grand Comics Database.^[2] (Vol. 13). In most cases none of these two.
